Before booking it is the client’s responsibility to read over all policies. These policies are in place to ensure a successful appointment.
NEW: All new, first time clients are required to pay a $60 deposit to secure their appointment. For any style that is over $150 the deposit amount will increase by 50% of whatever your full total is. The deposit does goes towards your final service total. The card you used to book your appointment with will be the card charged.
The deposit is due for all clients at the time of booking.
Your remaining balance is due in CASH only; I don’t accept any other form of payment. No cashapp, no PayPal and no Zelle.

Appointment Setting: MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO FULLY UNDERSTAND
It's my goal to give you quality service, and I desire that every customer will walk away satisfied. Please thoroughly read and review all policies. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to assist and to clarify any questions regarding my services, policies, or procedures.
● No rush policy: I will not rush your appointment to ensure that you are pleased with the style. If I am rushed, you will be asked to reschedule; the rescheduling fee is $30. Rescheduling fee is due upon being rescheduled by me.
● All appointments are provided at an estimated time needed for service. Please understand that all clients have different hair types that influence the amount of time needed to service them. Estimated finishing times may go over. Please come prepared and on an errand free day . Please ensure that you read over the confirmation page after booking your appointment for important information including breaks, etc.
● In the case of an emergency, I will communicate with you ahead of time if a major life event occurs that impacts your appointment. I apologize in advance and will work with you to accommodate you and your schedule in order to re-book your appointment.
● Please be on time to your appointment - do not come early or late. You will be invited in at your correct appointment time.
● Cigarette smoke breaks are allowed outside. All other forms of smoking are prohibited, including marijuana. Failure to comply with this policy will lead to a cancelled appointment and you will be banned from booking. No refund of previous deposit will be given. Please do not arrive smelling like marijuana. Your appointment will be cancelled.
Booking Policy:
● Different styles require different deposit amounts; the deposit is non-refundable and due when you book your appointment via a credit/debit card. All deposits goes towards the final price of the service.
● Fees: cancellation, no call-no show, rescheduling, and booking fees are all non-refundable. All clients will check the boxes on the booking page agreeing to all policies prior to completing booking.
● Please come with the correct funds in cash as I do not keep change.
Rescheduling: If you have an appointment booked and need to reschedule, you have a 1-hour window to do so. If there is no effort made to reschedule/communicate with me, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund of the deposit.
● No free rescheduling is allowed. You will simply have to pay a new deposit. The rescheduling fee is $30 .
● Styles choices/lengths/ombré/highlights cannot be changed after the appointment has been booked (unless made by me due to hair loss, etc.). In the event that you absolutely have to change your choice of style on your appointment day you will still be charged the price of the original style you previously booked. No exceptions. Please be sure that the style you’re booking is what you desire to have.
● Please be aware when booking that your hours and price will increase when you pick your size and length for certain braided styles that have multiple length/size choices (i.e. knotless, traditional box braids, etc.) For any size booked over standard large size, please expect to spend your full day for completion.
● Note for knotless styles: Please be aware that medium buttocks knotless braids may take 10+ and small buttocks knotless 13+ hours to complete depending on hair texture, head size, length of hair and/or braids. If you are planning on getting this style, book it on a day when you’re errand free. Also, if you book this style late, know that it prolongs the process when the client sleeps and has to be habitually woken up. This also includes excessive head movement due to checking phones, etc
● I do not service clients with blunt cuts, pixie hair cuts and etc of that nature.
Late Policy:
● If your appointment is canceled 48 hours prior to your appointment, it is a $50 fee. If your appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment, it is a $60 fee. If it is a same day cancellation it is a 50% fee. This means you will have to pay half of your remaining balance. The card on file will be charged. If your late cancellation fee is not paid then you will be banned from booking me.
● If you are a no call no show, you will be charged 75% of the appointment total; this includes the deposit and the 75% percent of your tensing balance total. In addition to that, you will also be banned from booking a future appointment. The card on file will be charged. Being a NCNS is unacceptable in my business.
● If you're running late, please let me know . There is a 30 minute grace period.
● If you are running late in excess of 30 minutes, it is your responsibility to actively communicate with me. You will be required to pay 50% of your remaining balance to keep your appointment. I will also work with you to still try to fit you in that same day or to reschedule you for another day depending on my work schedule . I will only make this accommodation after 50% of the remaining balance of the service has been paid. No exceptions. If you cannot pay the 50% your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be nonrefundable.
Hair Preparation:
● All braid styles I offer now includes a wash, conditioning, and blow out (dry).
● You will be held accountable for showing up with your braids taken down and the dirt spots (build up) combed out. If you show up with unmanageable hair or etc. you will be charged a $50 inconvenience/preparation fee. No exceptions. If my schedule is already committed to more than 1 client the day of an inconvenience you will be asked to reschedule. You will be made aware of this at the beginning of your appointment. However, if you would like to book a braid therapy take down service with me you can do so. This will include a take down of previous braids, proper build up removal, wash, conditioner, cholesterol treatment and blow dry.
● As a client, you have the right to refuse my washing service but prices will not change. If you decide to refuse my wash services, you must adhere to my previous policies; they are listed below.
Policies for Clients who Refuse Hair Washing Services
● Hair must be clean and properly blown out from root to end with no products added into hair (including oils, leave-in conditioner, etc.).
● Please make sure your scalp/hair is clean. I will not work with dirty hair including excessive dandruff, oily or anything that will require me to to wash your hair prior to the beginning of your service. If a wash service is needed, I’ll inform you at the beginning of your appointment.
● Refusal to properly be serviced with clean hair will result in a same day cancellation appointment with a fee of 50% of your remaining balance charged from card on file. If you refuse to pay that fee you will be banned from booking. No exceptions.
● Hair must be 4 inches all around for all clients; services will be declined due to breakage, alopecia, blunt cuts and "no grip hair." If you are unsure if your hair meets the length requirement, you're more than welcome to book a consultation.
● 4 inches is required in order to protect your hair, my brand, and hands.
● If you're looking for a quality blow dryer to own, please dm me I will send you a link.
● If you require oil to be used on your hair, please bring it to your appointment. I will service clients with it when the protective style is completed.
Hair Tips and Color:
● If you're allergic to any hair product or would like to see the products I use, please kindly ask so that I can ensure your safety.
● I provide braiding hair (X-pressions) for all braided styles . Select your color online. It’s in the add-ons section . **Please don't scroll over and book with no color . Colors are presented to you before you book.
● Please ensure that you select the right hair color; colors cannot be switched on appointment day. No exceptions.
● If servicing you requires me to soak the braiding hair in apple cider vinegar, please let me know. A charge of $10 will be added.
Satisfied Customer:
● If there is a problem with your hair please let me know before you leave your appointment. Once you leave and reach out to me about something you do not like it’s up to my discretion to rebook you in. Please make sure you like your hair before you leave.
● After you leave your appointment , any changes to your hairstyle may or may not come with an additional fee. Fee will depend on what you would like corrected, timing and etc. all braided styles prices are final. No exceptions and no refunds.
I really love my job and I’m passionate about my work. It's important to me that all of my clients walk away pleased and with a quality, lasting look so that often takes time. I'm very transparent on my site about not rushing through anyone's style because I don't take lightly my clients choosing to spend their money with me. I take my time to make sure that my customer is happy, which also means that I need my customers to extend patience to me as the braider. It is my goal that every customer feels comfortable while being serviced, and this is a policy that is extended to both the client and myself. I request that all clients extend grace and respect during the process both through verbal and non-verbal communication. Because I provide neat work, I require a “no rush” policy. In the event this policy is violated, it will result in a conversation. If the issue persists, it could lead to a cancellation of the appointment with no refund or ability to re-book.
